ABOUT HOLY TRINITY CHURCH

Welcome to the Holy Trinity, Poulton Lancelyn website. We are a growing church on the Wirral peninsula in the north west of England, just south of Liverpool, and not far from Chester.

We are an Anglican evangelical church planted over 25 years ago. Our services are informal and centre around teaching from the Bible. We are a local community church, seeking to make the good news of Jesus known to those near to us. Our vicar, Roger Wiles, joined us in 2005.

Do visit some of the links on this page, and if you are ever near us do come and visit us in person on a Sunday. We are a family church of all ages, and we cater for the whole family at our morning services.

Many activities happen at Trinity, but at the heart of everything we do are three basic aims:

TO REACH OUT

We believe that the good news of Jesus is for everyone. That means we work actively to share what we have discovered with our local community.

TO BUILD UP

We believe that the Bible is God’s ‘Word’ and so we take its message seriously. In our Sunday services and midweek groups we seek to encourage one another to understand it and live by it so that we can be ‘built up’ as disciples of Jesus.

TO SEND OUT

We believe that we are called to be involved in God’s work everywhere.So as a church we are committed to sending out and supporting people in this country and overseas who will also reach out to and build up others where they are.
